Living in New York City has me a little freaked out, especially traveling the subway daily.  I’m going to try to keep this post updated with the latest info.  Feel free to jump in with what you are feeling and hearing.

Today I was shopping in the supermarket and there was a woman climbing a ladder to grab the last spray can of Lysol.  The wipes and hand sanitizers are long gone.

Circuit breakers kick in for U.S. Stock futures suggesting the S&P 500 could suffer a 5% plunge as the coronavirus keeps investors on edge.  The markets hate uncertainty and that’s all this is.   Dr. Scott Gottlieb, commissioner of the FDA is quoted as saying, “We’re past the point of containment” on Face The Nation.  Texas Senator Ted Cruz self-quarantines after coming in contact with a coronavirus patient.  Washington State now has 136 cases.  There are now 105 cases in New York which has declared a State of Emergency. New York City Mayor De Blasio is urging sick New Yorkers to stay off the trains.   More to follow…
